Fleet returns procedure

 
 

Again Again will happily receive back returned fleet that is unopened and has not been unpacked. Sometimes this occurs when you have over-ordered fleet, or if plans change before implementation.

All other containers can be taken back and repurposed, simply to keep them out of the landfill. The cost of processing these for resale prohibits us from offering a refund for them. However, containers are regularly requested by community organisations for their events and non-commercial locations, and they are usually (very) happy to receive cups and containers - and will take responsibility for the sanitisation of these for reuse.

We are also happy to receive back cafe collateral - that’s counter and table talkers, posters etc, and part-cartons of sleeves, but can not refund for these. These too are generally repurposed for community organisations.

Non-returned sleeves:

If you either only have a small quantity left, or don't wish to return them, know they can either be home paper recycled, home composted, or gifted to another local Again Again cafe/vendor.

Damaged fleet

Return identifiable Again Again damaged cups or ripped lids, [clearly indicated/separated from serviceable fleet] when you're swapping/returning other fleet. We will always credit for fleet [cups or lids] accidentally damaged.

 
 

Checklist:

  • Cups and lids are unopened and are still packaged in the bag/sleeve of 25s. We are happy to take partial cartons, provided that the inner sleeves of cups or lids are complete.

  • For health and safety reasons, we will audit returned fleet. If any are found to be in need of cleaning and/or drying, we will reject all of the fleet, or at our discretion apply a 50c +gst cleaning fee per unit to cover appropriate processing.

  • Download and complete the returns form, noting how many of each unit you're returning.

  • Please print a copy of this form and include it with the package. Email a further copy to hello@againagain.co

By agreement with Again Again, larger quantities can be returned directly to the warehouse - address on application.
